Aerosoul Technologies LLP is small on purpose. We would rather a few people who care a great deal about the details than a large team shipping something average quickly.

What we care about
- Finished work. Something small that genuinely works beats something ambitious that nearly does.
- Taste. Knowing why an interface feels wrong, not just that it does.
- Directness. Saying when something is broken, including when you broke it.
- Users first. Every decision eventually shows up on somebody's phone at half past six on a Wednesday.
How we work
Remote, asynchronous, and biased towards shipping. Feedback from the app goes to a real inbox that real people read. Fixes go out over the air, often the same week.
